Azores Tours buys and sells air tickets and issues on behalf of Azores Airlines travel tickets, air tickets or vouchers corresponding to the requests made by the travel agent for its customers, all subject to the availability and under the conditions imposed by its supplier.
Immediately upon receipt of the plane tickets or corresponding exchange voucher, you have the obligation to verify the accuracy of the information and to inform us of any errors the same day, failing which we release ourselves from all responsibility, the travel agent will be presumed to have requested the plane tickets or vouchers as issued and will assume alone, to the exclusion of Azores Tours, any liability vis-à-vis the traveler or damages including any increase in prices and /or change fees. Except for the cases of errors emanating directly from us or from one of our agents, Azores Tours disclaims any liability arising from the pricing and/or use of airline tickets or vouchers any act, fault, omission or non-performance of the travel agent and/or the absence of necessary or valid travel documents.
The travel agent formally undertakes to inform his client of all the conditions and restrictions applicable to the plane ticket or voucher, including the limitations of liability, the obligation to reconfirm a flight as well as the need to be in good standing with foreign and local authorities. The travel agency is personally obliged to pay Azores Tours the amounts due on this invoice and the travel agency assumes responsibility for collecting, at its own expense, payment for any service required by its customers in relation to the services reserved. The irregularity of the payment made by the customer is not opposable to Azores Tours whatever the cause (for example bad check, false signature, unauthorized credit card, etc...). We strongly recommend that the travel agency ensure the validity of any payment. Any amount unpaid upon receipt will bear interest at the rate of 3% per month or 36% annually.
Please note that our issuance fee of $15 per ticket is 100% non-refundable in the event of a refund of the airline ticket and is applied in the airline ticket taxes/fees.
The travel agent is responsible for pricing. Except in the case of manifest fault and/or error by Azores Tours. The travel agent undertakes to reimburse immediately and on demand all sums that Azores Tours would be called upon to pay to a service provider in relation to the imposition of an adjustment or a debit note resulting from a pricing error and/or a refund of a plane ticket or other tourist services and this as regards any service required by the travel agent, its customers and travelers at Azores Tours.
Credit card companies impose specific conditions on the validity of a payment by credit card. The issuing companies require in particular that the credit card slip be signed by the holder, that it be validated and that the signature has been verified by the person who accepts the payment by credit card, failing which the issuing company may refuse to honor the payment. The above conditions are subject to change and may vary from one issuing company to another. Consequently, the travel agent must at all times verify the conditions of payment by credit card by contacting the issuing company. In the event of refusal of payment by the issuing company, by the holder or by any other person, whatever the cause, the travel agency will be personally responsible for paying the charges made to a credit card and for refunding the amount to Azores Airlines within seven (7) days.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify our agents in the reservations or support departments immediately. Cancellation charges will apply according to the charges indicated at the time of the initial booking by the rate base or any other supplier involved in the transaction.
Use of this website is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and Canadian law, without giving effect to any principle of conflict of laws. You irrevocably submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the City of Montreal, Province of Quebec, with respect to any dispute or matter.
